Dr. Wong Kwan To is a Lecturer in the Department of Real Estate and Construction at the University of Hong Kong. He is mainly responsible for Economics courses as well as research method courses.
His research interests include applying behavioral economic theories to real estate market phenomena. He is also interested in applied econometrics that can be applicable to real market research. And he has kink interest in applied microeconomics to understand various market behavior.
Kwan To receives his PhD. From the Department of Real Estate and Construction, HKU, MPhil (Economics) from Chinese University of Hong Kong, Bachelor of Economics from HKU.
Prior to joining HKU in Aug 2014, he worked at Hong Kong University of Science and Technology (HKUST) for some 7 years. Before joining HKUST, he also worked at City University of Hong Kong and Hong Kong Polytechnic University for various research projects.
