Memon, Shoeb Ahmed 文舒

Dr. Shoeb Memon is a Lecturer in Digital Management of Built Assets in the Department of Real Estate & Construction, Faculty of Architecture, the University of Hong Kong (HKU).

Before joining HKU in September 2022, He worked in teaching roles in the Technological & Higher Education Institute (THEi) Hong Kong and the Department of Real Estate & Construction, HKU. In addition, he has been a Visiting Fellow at the University of Technology Sydney, Australia and a Conservation Architect in the Department of Antiquities (now Culture, Tourism, and Antiquities Department), Government of Sindh, Pakistan.

His teaching interests include Business Process Engineering, Building Information Modelling (BIM), New Engineering Contracts (NEC), and Construction Project Management (CPM). His research interests include Integrated Project Delivery (IPD) and Construction Safety.

Office hours may be subject to change at short notice. Students are advised to make appointments for, inter alia, academic advising, dissertation and other learning related meetings with individual teacher during their office hours in advance.
