The basic admission requirement is a recognised Bachelor degree in a relevant discipline or qualifications deemed to be an equivalent plus, normally, a minimum of two years’ post-degree practical experience in design, procurement, construction, policy-making or management of buildings, infrastructures, projects or urban districts, or an approved related industry field.

To be eligible for admission to the curriculum leading to the Master of Science in Digital Management of Built Assets, candidates

1. shall comply with the General Regulations and the Regulations for Taught Postgraduate Curricula;
2. shall hold a Bachelor’s degree of this University or from a comparable institution accepted for this purpose;
3. for a candidate who is seeking admission on the basis of a qualification from a university or comparable institution outside Hong Kong of which the language of teaching and/or examination is not English, shall satisfy the University English language requirement applicable to higher degrees as prescribed under General Regulation G2(b); and
4. shall satisfy the examiners in a qualifying examination if required.
