    PhD student wins Awards

    Miss Xu Yishuang Sherry, a PhD student at the Department of Real Estate and Construction won the following two awards in two different conferences:

    16th Annual Pacific Rim Real Estate Society (PRRES) Conference 2010 – PhD Colloquium

    Mss Xu won the PRRES 2010 Scholarship for the PhD colloquium for her PhD proposal entitled

    “The Price Discovery of Public and Private Real Estate Markets”
