HONG KONG and SHENZHEN are actively planning for the rapid growth and development of our Innovation and Technology sector in the Greater Bay Area. This seminar comprises presentations of a strategic planning studio project (by means of desktop research, field studies and expert consultations) undertaken by the MSc Urban Planning students from The University of Hong Kong to identify the key strategic planning issues and implications on Hong Kong in light of the latest planning and development trends of Shenzhen in this sector, examine opportunities and challenges, and formulate appropriate recommendations to enrich our current strategic planning in order to enhance the sustainable growth and development of Hong Kong.
