Biography

MIMI HOANG, AIA, LEED Green Associate, is a co-founding principal of nARCHITECTS and an Adjunct Assistant Professor at Columbia University’s Graduate School of Architecture, Planning and Preservation.  She received a Master of Architecture from the Harvard Graduate School of Design, and a Bachelor of Science in Architecture from M.I.T.  She regularly lectures on the work of nARCHITECTS and participates in symposia focusing on the themes of innovative contemporary practices, density, new housing models, and women in architecture.

Principals Mimi Hoang and Eric Bunge founded nARCHITECTS with the shared goal of addressing contemporary issues in architecture through conceptually driven, socially engaging and technologically innovative work.   The work of nARCHITECTS encompasses buildings, interiors, and public space designs that dynamically engage with their urban or natural contexts. nARCHITECTS was recently named as “part of a select group crowned to lead the next generation of designers in the 21st century” by World Architecture News.
