Session 1: Healthy landscape (9:30-12:00)

This session discusses the relationship between urban landscape and public health. According to the United Nations, it has been estimated that about 60% of people worldwide will live in cities by 2030, and 66% by 2050. Urban residents frequently suffer from unhealthy mental and physical status, partially because the physical environment of cities is always barren, noisy and crowded. So how can urban residents keep and reap health in such high-density cities? What role does urban landscape play in improving public health and changing human behavior?
