Our 40th Anniversary Event Series is launched in celebration of the establishment of the Centre of Urban Studies and Urban Planning (CUSUP) in 1980 and its subsequent development to become the Department of Urban Planning and Design (DUPAD) at the University of Hong Kong.

Abstract:

In this presentation, Zoey is going to share her 6-year experience with Cushman and Wakefield, the way she has developed from an analyst to a director. She will also discuss the challenges in her transition from a town planner to a consultant, as well as the opportunities and differences between working in Hong Kong and Mainland China.

About the Speaker:

Ms. Zoey HAN (Director, Consulting Department, Cushman & Wakefield) 

Zoey Han graduated from HKU’s Master of Science in Urban Planning in 2015. From there she started her professional career with Cushman & Wakefield. During her 6 years of work experience in the company, she is mainly working in the fields of feasibility study and market positioning analysis for commercial and tourism real estate development, TOD related real estate/ new town development, strategic consulting, industry development plan and operator bring-in in Hong Kong, mainland China and other parts of the world.
