ACP Singapore Field Study (Year 1)

From 6 to 19 June 2012, the Year-1 ACP class went on a field study to Singapore, under the compulsory ACP core course “ARCH 8107 Field Study II: South China and East Asia.” This year’s ACP Field Study II focused on Singapore’s most important waterfront development: Fullerton Heritage, which combines conservation with new development. The Field Study was supported by the following organizations in Singapore: (1) the architectural practice WOHA (lecture and studio for students); (2) Singapore Government’s Urban Redevelopment Authority (lecture and review of students’ presentations); (3) Sino Group (lecture and guided tour of the study site).
